Purpose and access

Safonov Private Workspace is a private, single-user assistant. With the account owner’s consent, it may access Gmail messages, metadata and settings; Google Calendar events; Google Drive files; Google Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms; Google Contacts; and Google Tasks.

Use of Google user data

Google user data is used only to perform actions explicitly requested by the account owner and to provide the resulting private assistant response. The service does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or disclose it to third parties. Data is shared through Google services only when the owner explicitly requests an action such as sending, inviting, or sharing.

Storage and security

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored in an encrypted keyring on a private server. Google content is processed within the owner’s private assistant environment and may be retained in its private workspace or operational logs only as needed to fulfill requests and maintain the service. The public website does not expose the assistant, Google data, credentials, tokens, or server files.

Retention and control

Authorization remains until the owner revokes it, deletes the stored credentials, or Google invalidates it. The owner can revoke access at any time from the Google Account permissions page and can request deletion of locally retained assistant data.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
